We utilize bright 4-color, long lasting, fiber-optics to customize your corporate logo and create some of the most unique and memorable items on the market today.

Miraclebeam® uses premium, pro-stylehats featuring pre-curved visors, brushed, mixed cotton, six-panel construction, sewn eyelets and adjustable closures when creating our Embroidered and Fiber Optic Hats.

*The standard size for Custom Fiber Optic Hats is up to 2 square inches. Custom Fiber Optic Hat designs larger than 2 square inches will be custom priced. We evaluate all designs and will share with you any questions prior to the product sample being made.Working samples usually require 2-3 weeks to make . Production only starts after approval of the final sample by the customer. Reorders of an existing design do not require a sample approval.

For best results, submit artwork in high resolution 300 dpi Photoshop files, or .jpeg files.

Payment Terms:

Once artwork is finalized and approved, a sample can be produced.

A sample payment of $150 is required for custom hat samples.

This sample payment of $150 is refunded on all orders over 5000 pieces.

Once the sample is received and approved, full payment is due to begin production.

Standard fabrication time is 3-4 weeks, not including shipping.
